OCCUPANCY
Lodging is based on double occupancy. If you would like single occupancy, please note there are only a hand-full that can be single occupancy (marked as such) and there will be a charge to you individually at $20.00 per night. Lodge rooms are NOT available for single occupancy. If you end up as a single occupant due to configurations, we reserve the right to move you to a 2-3 person accommodation, but we’ll contact you first. Federation does not pay for the cost of a single occupancy.
All lodging is first come, first served. We reserve the right to contact you for any moves which may be necessary.
We will NOT lodge anyone on an upper bunk so the occupancy numbers (if listed with bunks) is only based on lower bunk.

Mt. Carmel has updated a lot of their lodging; the new cabins on the lakeside of the ridge called Deluxe Cabin w/o Kitchen are very nice and have now added a Triplex unit. The Triplex has separate bedrooms with a common living room and mini-kitchen. Two rooms on the upper level are available for single occupancy. The duplexes on the North Ridge are called Deluxe Cabins with Kitchen. There are 5 older cabins on the Ridge by the lake across the sidewalk that are available for single occupancy which will NOT incur a single occupancy charge if selected, but mostly we’ll use those for overflow. The West End cabins are older but updated and a few are available for single occupancy at the *single occupancy charge if selected. And of course, the Lodge has rooms as well based on double occupancy. The Lodge Rooms are NOT available for single occupancy.
Make your selection at registration and include roommates names. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but reserve the right to make changes if necessary to maintain our occupancy. Be sure to read the the “Type” list carefully for the description. Also available are RV campsites and hookups.
*Single occupancy charge is $20.00/night
If you want to stay at Mt. Carmel Thursday night, they are charging $50.00/person. Please make your arrangements through them directly. Contact Mt. Carmel at (320) 846-2744
