Registration is Now Closed

Thank you to all who registered!

We have reached capacity in housing and dining!!

Registration Fee for 2024 is $245.00. While we strive to keep your cost as low as we can, just about everything has gone up in price including Mt. Carmel and website maintenance.

If you received a certificate award for Show and Share or as a Prize Drawing, please deduct that amount from your total and make a note in remarks.

Registration will close at midnight September 20th, 2024. If you need to cancel before that date, be advised that you will receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.  If you cancel after that date, or do not show, refunds will not be issued. Emergencies will be handled on a case by case basis. Due to continued COVID outbreaks, if Mt. Carmel cancels our event due to COVID, we receive our deposit back and you will get a full refund. If we choose to cancel, we lose our deposit, but you will get a full refund.

  1. Make your selections on the Registration Form
  2. Print your Registration Form BEFORE submitting for your own records.
  3. Pay using PayPal or mail a check

The Registration Fee includes two class periods and a Wait Class opportunity. If there is a material cost, you will pay that directly to the instructor(s) at class time; do not include with the registration payment.

If you have selected a single occupancy lodging, there is an additional $40.00 for the two night stay (see Lodging page). Please include that amount in your registration payment. Your total charge would then be $285.00.

If you received a certificate award for Show and Share or as a Prize Drawing, please deduct that amount from your total and make a remark that you have done so.

Your class seat is reserved upon receipt of payment so please pay as soon as possible after registering.

Please double check the lodging page for availability. If someone has selected a room/cabin and waiting for roommate to register, it will be noted “Reserved”. That means the lodging is NOT AVAILABLE. Unless you are that roommate!! It still needs to be a selection for the roommate(s).

Two class periods are included in the cost of registration. A class period is one Friday afternoon, one Saturday morning, and one Saturday afternoon. If a class offered covers two periods, for example a Saturday morning and Saturday afternoon, that would be the allowed two class selections you can choose and cannot be separated. At registration, please note they are listed as Part 1 and Part 2; if you sign up for part 1, please sign up for part 2 and not another class.

BUT WAIT…..you can sign up for a third WAIT LIST CLASS! So if you have signed up for 2 class periods and want to take a third, you can sign up for a one period class on a wait list. If the class you selected as your third option does not fill up to the max class number the instructor has indicated, you will be in that class. The instructor will be notified and you will hear from the instructor like any other class. You may not select WAIT LIST for a 2 period class. Please see the “Wait List” option at Registration.
